The property consisted from two 3 bedroom bungalows and two 3 bedroom villas which named as follow: No.1 - IO, No.2 - Kallisto, No.3 - Ganimidis & No.4 - Evropi. The property located approximately 120 m north of Latsi sea coast, approximately 450 m southwest of Latsi Marina and approximately 2.5 km northeast of the centre of Neo Chorio.
